Operation

Operating our Industrial Neem Seed Dryer is simple and straightforward, thanks to its user-friendly design and fully automated operation. The dryer is equipped with intuitive controls that allow operators to set the desired drying parameters effortlessly. Once the settings are configured, the dryer operates continuously, ensuring uniform drying of neem seeds throughout the process. A convective drying system is used in the neem seed drying machine. To avoid irregular feeding by manual input, the neem seed is continuously supplied into the dryer directly from storage or warehouse.

By continuously supplying hot air with a certain temperature, speed, and retention time and passing it over a thin, air-permeable belt through hot air distribution slits, neem seed is dried and cleaned. An electrical control panel board is used to control the feeder, temperature, and retention time. The activity is continuous, and drying is done effectively by moving air through bed thickness.
