Operation

Equipped with an advanced operating system, our Paddy Dryer equipment in India provides operators with intuitive controls and real-time monitoring capabilities for optimal drying performance. With adjustable settings for temperature, airflow, and humidity, operators can fine-tune the drying process to achieve consistent results and maximize paddy quality. 

A convective drying system is used in the Rice & Paddy drying machine. To avoid irregular feeding by manual input, the rice & paddy  are continuously supplied into the dryer directly from storage or warehouse.

To save efforts for irregular stockpiling and re-handling, the paddy is continuously provided into the dryer machine directly from the underground pit. moreover, the grain is stored in the compartment, and hot air is forced through the perforated walls of the perforated compartment in the middle of the material compartment to reduce moisture in the paddy. 

Course of action of compartment to provide suitable overturning of the paddy to ensure that the general surface of the paddy comes in contact with the hot air blown to achieve the best outcome. Additionally, rotors are installed at the exit point to accomplish the proper contact timing of the hot air blown and paddy for the desired moisture.
