Operation

A convective drying system is used in the Seed drying machine. To avoid irregular feeding by manual input, the seeds are continuously supplied into the dryer directly from storage or the warehouse.
Different commodities can be fed into the dryer one at a time from the warehouse/stockroom or seed feeder in a continuous manner with minimal effort. The commodity is fed into the seed dryer hopper and spread for uniform drying. It is then kept inside the dryer for a specific time, and a valve is set at the exit point for controlled outcomes to achieve the ideal contact timing of the hot air blown and the seed/grains, resulting in the ideal moisture decline in a single step action in a continuous and uninterrupted mode.
Similarly, in this cycle, hot air is blown through the commodity to reduce the moisture content of the various agro commodities. To achieve optimal results, the drying chamber is managed in such a way that the seeds are overturned and the total surface of the agro commodity contacts with the hot air blown.
